Our Commitment

Your purchase will lead to the restoration of kelp forests in British Columbia, Canada.

Kelp forests are underwater ecosystems that harbour thousands of marine species, providing food and shelter while acting as significant carbon sinks. In British Columbia, these forests provide important habitat for commercially and culturally valuable species such as herring, salmon, rockfish, and endangered northern abalone.

Kelp restoration is carried out by Coastal Kelp and the Sechelt First Nations in partnership with TheGoodAPI.

Remember Who You Are T-Shirt

Love the short. Great material, comfy, and already receiving compliments.

Oh No! The Economy! T-shirt

This is one of those shirts that creates a lot of quizzical looks. If someone gets it, you have found a friend.

Dinosaurs Are Back T-Shirt

This T-shirt goes quite well for this evolutionary biologist - in addition to the fact that as of my most recent birthday, I too am a fossil!

Minimal Trilobite Pill T-Shirt

Always the same high quality, and the design perfectly matches my state of mind—it’s a huge hit!

Disappointed Duck T-Shirt

It is the smallest LARGE I have ever seen. Yup, I checked, the tag says L. I also don't like the fabric it's made from. I will never wear this, and want to return it.

Triceratops Tricycle Premium Hoodie

Store owner replied: We’re truly sorry for the disappointment, and we want to make this right with you. We’ve replied to your email with a solution and hope to provide a better experience for you.

I reached out to the company to exchange the t shirts because they were all too large. I was not given any instructions on how to return the shirts. I kept getting e mails about how sorry you felt and that I should measure the shirts. THEY WERE TOO BIG. Very unhelpful. Your company ruined a birthday gift and wasted over one hundred dollars of my money. I will not be ordering again and I will be spreading the word that your company is fraudulant

Rainbow Tanky Anky T-Shirt

Store owner replied: We sincerely apologize for your experience and understand your frustration; we truly want to make this right with you, so please allow us the opportunity to resolve this.

Wore it today & people loved the clippy picker-uppers. I really like the actual artwork on the dinosaur & the quality of the T-shirt is A one.

T.rex Arms Are Unstoppable T-Shirt

great, even though a sewing on the collar broke at the second laundry

Midnight Mirror Stag T-Shirt

The shirt took a while to get here, but it is a very nice shirt, soft and comfortable and it fits true to size. I will be ordering more.

Deep Anglerfish Light T-Shirt

The design is a great way to show the incredible longevity of the dinosaurs!

Deep Time Stegosaurus T-Shirt

Questions about GeoCuriosity?

Need a hand? We're here to help.

hello@geocuriosity.com

What makes a GeoTee different?

Every design starts with a geographer. GeoCuriosity is run by a PhD researcher who studies Earth's geodiversity, from volcanoes and oceans to fossil beds and old landscapes, and the shirts come out of that work. The blanks are 100% ring-spun cotton, the print happens near you, and every order funds kelp restoration before it ships.

What is geodiversity, and why is it on a shirt?

Geodiversity is the variety in the non-living side of nature: rocks, landforms, soils, water, and the fossil record they hold. It is the ground that biodiversity grows on, and it rarely gets a mention. Our designs pick out one piece of it at a time, a trackway, a crest, a coastline, so you can wear the part of Earth's story you like best.

How does it fit, and what is it made of?

Unisex sizing. Crewnecks are a 50% ring-spun cotton fleece with a soft, sensory-friendly feel; hoodies are 80% ring-spun cotton and made for everyday wear.

Not sure which size? The size chart sits right above the size buttons.

How do I wash it?

Inside out, cool water, mild detergent, and skip the heavy spin. Air dry when you can, and if you iron, do it inside out on low. The print keeps its detail that way.

Where are they made?

The blanks come from WRAP-certified facilities and use ethically grown cotton. Printing happens at the facility closest to you: the United States, Canada, the UK, Germany, Spain, Poland, Latvia or Australia. A shorter trip means lower shipping emissions and a faster delivery.

How does my order help the planet?

Every order funds kelp restoration in the Salish Sea, British Columbia, and it is funded before your shirt ships. The work goes through GoodAPI and is verified by veritree. Why kelp, and what it does for the coast, is on our About page.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days to decide, and return shipping is free. The details are under Free & easy returns, in the card below the Add to cart button, or write to hello@geocuriosity.com and we will sort it out.
